Your order will be processed within 2 working days of receipt. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
Delivery time will begin once the package has been shipped and you have received your tracking number. You will receive the tracking number by email once your order has been shipped (the tracking number will be active after 24 to 48 hours).
We offer free delivery on orders over 69$. To ensure better tracking and further secure shipments, the carrier may require a signature to hand over your package.
Please note that additional charges may apply for shipments redirected or returned due to an error or change of address.

Return policy
Online purchase: Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For any refund or exchange, a mandatory authorization number must be obtained from a Smart Tiles representative. To obtain your return authorization number (valid for 30 days) :
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
- They must be accompanied by the invoice and authorization number. No exchange or refund will be made for products that have been used and/or damaged.
- Delivery charges and transportation risks for returned products must be assumed by the purchaser, unless for defective products.
- Products will be inspected upon receipt.
- The amount of the return will be based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be made by the same method of payment as the purchase upon receipt of proof of return and a valid tracking number.
In-store purchases: Store rules prevail and the store is considered the seller.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for abuse or fraud. No returns will be accepted for products indicated as final sale, overstock or discontinued.
Sample or tool orders
Sample and tool orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
